We have a 5,000 sq ft home on Lake Erie in Painesville Ohio.
Three bedrooms with private bathrooms, master suite with large
jacuzzi and shower big enough for several. Bedrooms have direct access
to patios and decks that overlook the lake. There is a group play room
with three queen beds and a love swing and plenty of other room to
move. Lots of room to dance, bar with big screen tv, sun room dining
room and family room all are great places to relax, mingle, or just hang
out.

Friday and Saturday House Parties Fee
Couples donation $50.00 Single ladies free.
Single males donation $75.00 with referral only.
Snacks and desserts provided.
BYOB
Private room, party reservations pricing varies, depending on how many
in your party and what you require.

Rules
This is a private home, so discretion is key. Please wear nice jeans, pants with no holes, no baseball
caps. Ladies, nice dress, pants etc. As mom might say "Try to look presentable".
You can change into whatever sexy outfit or nothing at all once you arrive. We just ask that if you are
gonna be naked please stay in the house and not outside or on the deck.
Discretion is key, what happens here stays here.
You must be 21 - Have an ID if you appear even close to that age.
No cameras including cell phone cams.
Remember - no always means no, open door means come in but wait for an invite to join. A closed door
means a private party - Do not disturb.
Absolutely no fighting, you will leave and will not be permitted back.
No drugs permitted period!
